At OPEX Fitness South Shore, we believe that each person should have a unique, personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle plan.  We all want to feel and look our best, yet we’re following a ‘one-size-fits-all’ program. Spending hours in the gym, loading up on protein, and cutting back on calories isn’t always the best way. We need to avoid the crash and burn mentality so we aren’t defeated by our fitness and health goals yet again.

Our focus is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals more effectively and efficiently. Each of us has our own body composition that’s comprised of fats, proteins, minerals and water. Because of this, we all have a unique starting point that affects our fitness levels.

We look at your strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances to create a customized fitness plan for your unique lifestyle. We offer personalized attention, combined with a group setting to give you accountability, motivation, inspiration and support.
