Over the past 12 years, Bobby has helped clients achieve their fitness and health goals. With his approach, clients have been able to lose weight and keep it off, train for competitions and beat their personal bests, and help them continue to evolve to new challenges with strength and ease. His down-to-earth demeanor, expertise, and experience allows clients to feel comfortable and confident in living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Bobby is the owner and head coach at OPEX Fitness South Shore. His experience as a collegiate baseball player, strength and conditioning coach for athletic schools, and gym fitness director led him to hone in on this approach to individual design fitness, and open his own gym. He knows first hand that in order to sustain a healthy lifestyle, it must be customized to fit the individual.

His passion for health and fitness goes beyond nutrition and workouts. He has a deep appreciation for a quality lifestyle and finding true purpose and fulfillment. That’s why he practices what he teaches daily and continues to seek out innovative ways to help improve his and others’ lives. He is committed to helping clients find their true purpose and enjoy the journey of achieving anything they set out to do.

“I had worked with Bobby a few years ago when someone recommended him to me. At that time I had just started playing college tennis and he taught me all of the fundamentals of strength and performance training. Since graduating college and finishing my time a tennis team, my athletic goals have shifted drastically. I didn’t know how to train and I didn’t have a coach for the first time in 20 years! I met with Bobby to talk about my new goals and he’s given me a solid plan and direction. Working remotely with him has allowed me to maintain consistency in my training despite moving, so that I haven’t ever had to start from scratch when I’m in a new place with different equipment. This is a great set up because when I have questions he is always more than helpful and gets back to me right away. I still have someone to hold me accountable for what I’m doing, but it’s extremely flexible. The best part is that the workouts are never the same! And I can really measure and track my progress in a very thorough way. The program he’s given me has been amazing because it’s tailored to me day-by-day.”
